2. Scope of Products and Services

We are a registered supplier on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), serving Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) and other central government institutions.
3. Orders and Acceptance
- Orders may be placed via GeM, phone, email, or direct communication.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- V2 Associates reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of incorrect pricing, discontinued items, or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless fixed in a quotation or GeM contract.
- Payments are accepted as per agreed terms (e.g., advance, against delivery, or through GeM portal).
- For GeM transactions, all pricing and payment terms will be governed by the GeM guidelines and terms of the purchase order.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- We strive to ensure timely delivery as per the agreed schedule.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, availability, and order size.
- V2 Associates will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, unforeseen events, or force majeure.
6. Warranty and Returns
- Products are supplied as per manufacturer warranty or quality standards.
- Any complaints or requests for returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns or replacements will be processed only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the specifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
- V2 Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product supplied.
- Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the specific transaction.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, product images, brand names, and content used in our catalogues, website, or promotional materials are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Compliance with Government Regulations
As a registered supplier on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), V2 Associates complies with all applicable procurement rules, regulations, and code of conduct as mandated by GeM and relevant authorities.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to business with V2 Associates shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
